As you might know, VS Code is available for use directly on the web using vscode.dev, also referred to as VS Code on the Web. Updates to that version of VS Code are not the necessarily same as the native version, but certain features do get added in time.
For example, not long ago, VS Code for the Web added support for full project IntelliSense and package typings. Package IntelliSense allows you to see suggestions and documentation from any imported package, similar to the experience on VS Code native.
For TypeScript, IntelliSense is included for any package listed in package.json, while JavaScript files enable IntelliSense for any package in the current file, even if it's not listed in package.json.
As mentioned, VS Code for Web also includes full project IntelliSense for both JavaScript and TypeScript.
This improves on your ability to navigate through your code base, allowing you to use features like "Go to Definition" and "Find All References".
Many of you have probably not used VS Code for Web. Now that it's improved and continues to get new enhancements, you may want to check it out if you're looking for a powerful and cross-platform way to work on projects from almost any browser.
Now on to this week's hand-picked links!
