This week's issue includes a new section called "VS Code Theme of the Week". I find lots of new and interesting themes all the time so I'll try to showcase one each week along with its various features and any pros and cons that I notice about the theme.

There's also an interesting Tailwind CSS extension for VS Code that you might want to check out if you're working regularly with the popular CSS utility class library.

Now on to this week's hand-picked links!

VS Code Theme of the Week

Flate — Not a really popular theme, but a nice dark one with bright colors that you might enjoy. It hasn't been updated for two years, but it seems like a nice option if you enjoy these kinds of colors on a dark background. It also includes 9 different variations (Flate Arc, Flate Arc Bold, Flate Punk, etc).

VS Code Theme Flate
The only thing I don't like about this theme is how it makes the left sidebar icons dark until you roll over them, leaving only the current selection colored. This does visually simplify the layout though, so maybe you'll like it.
